A firepit and built in BBQ and sink complete the excellent patio.
Step inside this modern sanctuary and be greeted by a harmonious blend of elegant furnishings and state-of-the-art appliances. A large island in the kitchen and butcher block, as well as full size dining table, make cooking and serving easy. The airy, high ceilings, lots of full-size glass doors and windows, and open floor plan create a spacious and inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home. Whether you're seeking tranquility, a connection to nature, or a chance to stargaze at night, this property offers it all. Tons of fun can be had in our converted garage game room, with darts, arcade basketball, and a full-size ping pong table. A laundry room and pantry add to the convenience for your group.

***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.

***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly. ***

***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. Awesome stay

Was a perfect stay in the Paso area. Beautiful views and lovely property. The kids particularly enjoyed the game room. The large living / kitchen space is very inviting and perfect for cooking a large family meal. Want to go back and stay again!

Beautiful home, so much fun

3 families loved staying in this property. Very comfortable, clean and spacious. 4 full bedrooms plus a loft with bunk beds. House was stocked with everything you would need to host a large group.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a birthday celebration weekend, and it couldn't of been better. So much to do for the whole family. Ping pong, basketball, darts and especially the pool were such a hit! Master bed was really soft and was a bit rough to sleep on. Dishwasher bottom shelf was broken but still functioned. We would recommend placing cages over the fire sprinklers in the garage to try to avoid a problem. Super easy check in/out. We would come back in a heartbeat!!!

The Perfect Retreat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Renata's retreat was such an amazing rental, and perfect for our big group plus dogs. The place was so peaceful, with amazing views all around, the hot tub and pool were so fun, and the game room kept us busy for hours. I cannot say enough about the kitchen. The high end appliances and large 48" range/double ovens made cooking a total pleasure, and a large Thanksgiving meal was made without a hitch. The reclining sectional was also a great big hit for movie time. The beds were all comfortable, and the rooms all very nice. We would have liked to have snagged it for another year but it books up fast, as it should! We all hope to be back again. Paso Robles was a crowd favorite for sure. Also - Paso Robles vacation rentals was wonderful to rent from, and so responsive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photos and description are accurate; the house is large enough to accommodate twelve guests. Large dining room table, plus another for games, puzzles. Large game room stocked as shown. Our stay was in July during very hot weather. Pool refreshing (no need for heat). Beds comfortable. Double-size living room for TV watching & games. Ample linens, including pool towels (and floats). Bathrooms had toiletries, hair dryer & tissue. Kitchen well-supplied, as was the pantry. The house has an Internet system in direct contact with management co. Auto-response is immediate. However, it takes time for staff to text back. Be advised that only one of our group had cell service (Verizon). Internet was steady, except when power out. Then no lights, ac, water or Internet available. [Outage no fault of Paso Robles Mgt.] There are a few upkeep issues at the house, but nothing that marred our stay. Many local attractions such as wineries, Cambria, Harmony & parks. I recommend Renata's Retreat to groups or families who want a quiet vacation stay in a rural area in a home with many amenities.

Great Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 11, 6 adults and 5 kids stayed at Renata’s Retreat for 2 nights and we had a wonderful time. The remote location, about 12 minutes from 101, with no neighbors close by, was perfect for a family getaway for a couple days. The kids were in the pool most of the time and also used the spa, played basketball games, ping pong and foosball in the game room. We went to Sensorio Saturday night, about 25 minutes away and had a blast playing board games as well. The home was very clean and well stocked and super comfortable. The internet went out about halfway through our trip but there were so many other things to do that it wasn’t missed at all. We would love to stay here again!

Wonderful property for large groups

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group spent 3 nights at Renata's retreat and had a wonderful time. The property is well maintained and has a unique charm to it. All rooms in the house were extremely clean, including linens, towels, and outside area. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need to cook and feed a large group. We enjoyed the pool every day, water was refreshing for peak summer weather but for off season enjoyment a water heater may be needed. Overall we love the property and highly recommend it.

Truly a Retreat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home with lots of amenities to keep a group of 8 adults busy for a long weekend. Close enough to town, but far away enough to feel like a true retreat. The views were stunning and we ended up spending more time at the house than we anticipated because we just enjoyed being there. We even cancelled a dinner and a lunch reservation to maximize our time! Cooking in that amazing kitchen made it a lot of fun, and everyone enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and pool (though it's not heated, so a bit chilly, depending on time of year). Paso Robles Vacation Rentals were very attentive and communicative. They handled everything very professionally and event sent someone out to the house right away when the freezer wasn't working. They were great to work with!

Beds were very comfortable and ensured a good night sleep. Views are beautiful from the pool area and from the primary bedroom. Game room was a plus as the property is in a remote location. Beach is close enough for a day trip. Property management was very responsive when needed. Home well stocked for our large party. We really enjoyed our stay.
