"Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos 3 nuits au Eyaru Palace Hotel. Celui-ci est situé un peu en dehors du centre-ville de Louxor. L'endroit directement au bord du Nil, était parfait pour nous reposer de nos excursions entre la rive ouest et la rive est. Nour, notre hôte, a particulièrement été très gentil et accueillant. Il nous a aidé à préparer 2 journées d'excursion avec une excellente guide et chauffeur. Nous y retournions sans aucunes hésitations. Le personnel est très accueillant et les repas toujours délicieux. Nos déjeuners étaient aussi très bon. Un endroit chaleureux, calme et excellent pour se reposer et faire un peu de piscine. Merci à toute l'équipe sur place, nous avons adoré !!!"

"An excellent hotel offering all the amenities and services you would expect from a five star stay. However, the experience is somewhat spoilt by the persistent and rather annoying taxi and horse carriage drivers gathered at the entrance which unfortunately is the case for most of Luxor. It would greatly improve guest comfort if they were positioned further away from the hotel. Additionally, the presence of horse waste on the road leading to the entrance area is both unpleasant in appearance and smell, which impacts the overall impression. I understand this may be outside control of the hotel but thought I would mention it. "

"The room we had was very nice, with a large balcony. The furnishings were beautiful, and the bed and linens were good quality. We enjoyed sunsets from the roof top deck. Check in process is a bit confusing, there is no front desk on site. If you have mobility issues, there are no lifts ask for a room on the ground floor. Amazing views of the Nile, large clean pool. Prior to booking, we were unaware that there is no restaurant on site, no shops or restaurants within walking distance, and food delivery services were unavailable. The hotel is a distance from town, so be aware of this-if you do not have a car, be prepared to take taxis to have a meal, bring some groceries with you (full fridge and microwave in the suite) "

"We had a wonderful experience with the host, Danielle, who was incredibly quick to respond to all our needs. Mohamed truly went above and beyond by ensuring my father was taken to the medical center with utmost care and for the transportation for our group. The house itself is impressively spacious, perfect for accommodating large groups comfortably. While it's about a 30-minute drive to the center, I had complete confidence in Mohamed's ability to manage all our transportation needs. He even took the initiative to arrange transport for our group to Hurghada, making our stay even more enjoyable. It’s clear that Mohamed is the main reason I’m giving this a five-star review!. "
