"Amazing service. Hotel v. Good. Main dining hall food very good overall, but coffee was not upto standard. Would have expected some smoked salmon and more fish, sardines. I would visit again. Staff amazing, the best ive experienced in a hotel ever. 9/10"

Great service and value!

"Excellent customer service! Got upgraded to a lovely corner room. Great breakfast included in price, nice pool. Only negatives were no mugs in room (given paper cups), drains smelt but then foreign drains can be like that and wet room bathroom got drenched (again, it’s the design but meant you couldn’t go on the bathroom after a shower for ages)."

"This is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Rhodes. Not only are the hotel's location and amenities extraordinary, what really makes this the best place to stay are the people. From the gentlemen who meet you when you first arrive, the helpful front desk team, the genuine care extends to the housekeeping staff, the people who make the dining experiences the best. The team who make the pool experience relaxing and manage the dining experience throughout your stay are exceptional. If going to to Rhodes, this should be your place to stay and a base for you explore the island."

"The most comfortable hotel since coming to Greece, but that's not to say that the others weren't nice. The front desk staff was great. Antonis, Despoina and Christinas, who work the checkin desk were so helpful and charming. Pythagoyas and Alexia, who work the bar, couldn't be more pleasant, Again.....wonderful staff. The breakfast was wonderful and again, the staff was amazing, cleaning up and resetting tables, replenishing food and keeping everything presentable. This hotel is across the street from the beach which we liked. Swim a bit to the right of where you enter the beach from the hotel as the water was clearer. Lots of beach beds. Old town is within easy walking distance. The hotel is in the middle of shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!"
