Extremely convenient for many attractions of the city - right on the waterfront, and almost directly opposite the Assembly buildings. Chinatown is just behind - with many delicious options for food. "Hotel was close to local attractions, restaurants and river. My room had a great view of the river. Bed was comfortable and had coffee and tea making facilities and a fridge. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of several cuisines. I found each member of staff that I interacted with to be friendly, courteous and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it to others."

" I was in Kuching for 10 days staying at a different place every 2-3 days all around the same price range and this one was the worse of them all. The tv was a rabbit ear 13" with a snowy picture and 2 Vietnamese channels only. The hotel is old in a not so good area with hookers standing outside the hotel. The hotel is so old if it is clean you can't tell, needs paint, plumping toilet leaking around the base, needs lots of work to bring into a 1-star hotel rating. Many restaurants in walking...
