The upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and made our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor drawback was that some noise from the ongoing renovation works could occasionally be heard. Overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable stay at Pullman Kuching, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality shown by the staff."
