Freshen up after a long day in the full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. Guests can also enjoy access to a range of onsite amenities, including an outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, a fitness center, and an on-site restaurant.

Guests will have access to the entire home as well as the option to pay for onsite parking. Guests will also have access to onsite shared amenities that include an outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, steam room, and laundry facilities.

From the home, you are within walking distance of various shops and eateries, as well as Market Plaza and Mountain Village Gondola, which connects Mountain Village and Telluride. Alternatively, make the short drive to Telluride Ski Resort for quick access to mountain adventures. Dive into the town's vibrant cultural scene with a short drive to Telluride's Historic District, where charming Victorian architecture, boutique shops, cozy cafés, and eclectic eateries await. The well-located home places you minutes from several gondolas, getting you out in the mountains or down to downtown Telluride in no time. A short walking path will take you directly from the home to Market Plaza Gondola for easy ski-in/ski-out access. The gondola connects Mountain Village to Telluride, offering a convenient way to access other ski runs while enjoying the scenic views of the San Juan Mountains. In the summer months, explore the area's many hiking and biking trails, such as the nearby Bear Creek Falls or Prospect Trail. Guests can utilize the free dial-a-ride (DAR) service that will bring you anywhere in Mountain Village. Download the Mountain Village DAR app to use during your stay.

Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Parking is $35 per night, and it's all valet service (valet is free) upon picking up your keys at the front desk, *NOT INCLUDED* in your booking charges.

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
