Access downtown Telluride and nearby attractions via the free Mountain Village gondola. Private parking makes it easy to bring your own vehicle, though 4WD or snow chains may be required in winter conditions.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.
4-wheel drive is required during the winter months (October 1 to May 15th). It may be necessary for safe travel to this property in general due to its location in the mountains, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
Please note, the oxygen system is turned off after each stay for safety and maintenance.
