Etta Place Too is located at the base of Lift #7 and Lower Milk Run and soaking in the hot tub will surely be entertaining as the last skiers ride off the mountain right in front of you! The hot tub and/or pool may be closed at any time due to health and safety concerns. Accommodations in Telluride has no control over these closures, as they are determined by the HOA. We cannot guarantee the availability of HOA amenities, as we have no influence over them. During the winter, usage tends to be higher, which may lead to more frequent maintenance and water refills. We will notify you as soon as we are informed of any closures. Please note that we are not financially liable if the hot tub is out of service during your stay.

Accommodations in Telluride cancellation policy:

The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked. If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee.
