This 3 story four bedroom, four bath townhome offers the best in mountain accommodations outfitted with tons of feel at home touches and amenities. The location is super convenient with slope side ski access and easy access to all the activities that Mountain Village has to offer.



The entrance offers tons of closet and cabinet space, coat hooks and bench seating, as well as garage access and the convenience of a powder room. Both staircases are off of the entrance area with access to the upper and lower levels - all separate and private from the living space. The open floor plan of this spacious main-level living area provides high ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, large well equipped kitchen with bar top seating, wine cooler and views for the chef. The family and dining rooms are bright with floor to ceiling windows and a sunken living area with fireplace, large flat screen TV and cozy seating, all of which open out onto a private balcony that's perfect for cool summer evenings or a private apres ski hangout.



This generous sized property has four large bedrooms with en-suite full sized baths, all spread out between the upper and lower floors, offering quiet and privacy. The upper level consists of 2 spacious and bright dual primary suites with lots of windows and world class views. Both suites are equipped with king beds, a working space and full ensuite baths for convenience and privacy.



The ground level offers two spacious bedrooms with ensuite baths, a laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer and outdoor patio access to the private hot tub. The bunk room is recently remodeled with custom bunks and a gaming area - perfect for the kiddos. The other guest room has a spacious king bed and west facing windows with tons of natural light. Right off both rooms is access to the brand new private hot tub with views of the surrounding mountains.



This home comes equipped with efficient in-floor radiant heat. Please be aware that this home does not have A/C - as is standard here in Telluride.

This place was perfect for our ski trip to Telluride! The home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable! It was very easy to ski in/ski out with the access only being a few steps away! We also enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of skiing! When we had any questions iTrip responded quickly and helped us out! I would recommend for anyone looking for a nice ski vacation.
