Main street is 1/2 block north and the gondola is located 1 block directly south. Enjoy views of the ski area and the iconic Ballard Peak from your private balcony. Add in the surrounding dining and drinking options that are a snowball's throw away and you have an ideal basecamp for your Telluride adventures!



The Petit Penthouse is a top-level unit with vaulted ceilings, no shared walls, and many windows providing views of all aspects of Telluride's stunning box canyon. This chic studio has a Queen bed and an additional Queen sleeper sofa. There is a large galley kitchen with a refrigerator, ice maker, two-burner range and plenty of supplies for your nights dining in. Parking is provided for a car-free adventure!

Beautiful Loft in Great Location!

This gorgeous loft apartment had all we needed to make our stay fun and comfortable. It is perfectly situated between the Gondola and the main street shops and restaurants. Luke was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Great location! Very nice place and perfect for two adults. We were able to take one of the four parking spots, so that was nice. Great view of the mountains from the balcony. Loved it!!

Perfect location!

I thoroughly enjoyed by stay at Luke's place. It was perfect in every way for what I needed. One block to Colorado Ave and two blocks to the gondola. Everything was within easy walking distance.

Wonderful place

The apartment is a quirky small attic-like space in a back alley immediately surrounded by loud and malodorous commercial kitchen fan exhausts, dumpsters and (mostly) rusted metal rooftops. The bed linen and towels were nice and WiFi was excellent but the outdoor space was unappealing and uncomfortable.
