This three-bedroom top-floor condo with a massive private rooftop deck has stunning views of Ajax Peak, Ingram Falls, and Bear Creek.
To enter this home, guests will ascend two flights of stairs before entering from the open-air walkway. There is no elevator at this complex. Inside the entry, there is seating and a storage area for boots and other outdoor gear.
Down a short hallway is the great room, which has stunning vaulted ceilings and great views from every window. The great room is also home to a large living room, dining room, and kitchen.
The living room has a stone gas fireplace, comfortable seating for everyone, a flatscreen TV with Roku and a DVD player, plus puzzles and games. Guests can enjoy panoramic views of Ajax Peak from the three walls of windows. The dining room is adjacent to the living room and has a large wooden table with seating for six. The kitchen is open to the entire space and features a large granite island with two stools, stainless steel appliances, a crockpot, mixer, Keurig coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and everything needed to complete any meal.
Spiral stairs located in the center of the room give guests access to an amazing 800-square foot private rooftop deck. The deck features 360-degree views, a gas grill, dining table, and lounge chairs - perfect for any summer gathering. The deck is not always accessible during the winter months due to snow.
On the other half of the home is the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, flatscreen TV, DVD player, and an ensuite bathroom with in-floor heating, a step-in shower with a glass surround, and large single vanity.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, flatscreen TV, and DVD player. A bathroom is located in the hallway and has a step-in shower with a glass surround and a single vanity. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a flatscreen TV, a DVD player, and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a step-in steam shower with a glass enclosure and a single vanity.
The condo has a private full-sized washer/dryer in the hall. Wireless internet is included in every stay.
This complex has a prime location on the San Miguel River with easy access to the gondola, ski lifts, hiking, biking, shopping, dining and more. Town Park is just a short walk to the east and the Bear Creek Falls trailhead is down the block. Walk to everything Telluride has to offer!

Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates. - Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.

Breathe taking views of the mountains from the living room and rooftop deck. Super easy access to all of the amenities in Telluride - gondola, BIT, downtown restaurants and nightlife. Very comfortable accommodations. Would highly recommend.
An amazing spot in an amazing town. Walkable to everything you can think of. We had a couple of hiccups with things in the unit but the management company was super quick to respond and action
We had a wonderful trip. This property is located a few blocks off the Main Street where many restaurants are located. It is a few blocks from the Gondola - very walkable with skis and boots. A grocery store is only a few blocks away too.. great location!The condo is great. It had all the amenities and the view of the mountains from the living room is awesome. One of the showers is also a sauna, which is fantastic and helps with any sinus issues created by the winter weather and altitude. I highly recommend!
My wife and I stayed at this property for a 1 week ski vacation with 2 other couples. The location of the condo is perfect- walkable to everything Telluride has to offer. No car needed. The views from the condo are stunning! The layout is great too as the living area and kitchen are separate from the three bedrooms minimizing noise for those turning in early or sleeping late. The 3 full bathrooms have been nicely remodeled (the twin bedroom bath even has a steam shower). The kitchen is well appointed including a wine fridge. The gondola is about a 2 block walk. One downside to the condo is that it is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. We used the ski valet service in Mountain Village to store our gear overnight which was super convenient and eliminated the hassle of dragging the gear up and down the stairs. While the complex has a hot tub on the 2nd floor, it is rather small. Those seeking an apres ski hot tub experience may want to consider other properties. This was not an important amenity for our group. We loved sitting by the fire in the great room after skiing watching the snow fall through the expansive windows. Highly recommend this unit! We hope to come back for another ski trip in the future.
Great condo in the perfect location. Walk to anywhere in town. The rooftop is unreal, the living room kitchen are set up well. Beds were very comfortable and you can hear the river as you sleep in the two main bedrooms. I hope to stay at this condo again in the future. Loved it!
Loved this property. Location was perfect for our annual Blues and Brews trip. Could even see and hear the main stage from the balcony. Wonderfully appointed , clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay here again!
Location its best attribute. Close to everything in town and situated near the creek. The expansive windows have views of the mountains and the creek. Master bed was very comfortable. Overall, a very enjoyable place
This property is amazing! Perfect location with views everywhere. It was very clean and the stay was overall quite wonderful. We did have some issues with the use of the hot tub. Just be sure to inquire if there is a hot tub available or not during low season.
Extremely nice 3 BR condo with rooftop sitting/dining area. Stunning views of Mt. Ajax and the surrounding ranges from the rooftop deck and from the unit itself through expansive windows. Well-stocked, very clean. 3 blocks from main street.

Great condo, fantastic location. Would recommend!
I loved the condo, it looks exactly like the photos. Very clean. Great location and check in and out was so easy if you do your paperwork ahead of time. We never had to contact the management office or spend time trying to check in or out. It was a very seamless, easy experience!

Perfect location and cozy place
Location was perfect with great views. Roof deck has seen better days, which is unfortunate given its potential. Also, and this is more management related, there was food underneath the couch as well as children’s toys and no great in-unit coffee options. Please mind the details, otherwise a great stay.

Fantastic location. Very close to Gondola and Main Street and all the good restaurants.
Overall a great spot. Close to everything. The team at Telluride lodging does an excellent job. There is something wrong with the heat in the master bedroom. Too hot and unable to get cool until we opened a window. Also, be aware there is no elevator and it is a three story walk which can be tough in ski boots.
Property was perfect and in a great location! You can walk to everything. Gondola to Mtn Village was only 2.5 blocks away. Only thing missing was an elevator for the 3rd floor walk and hauling of luggage & goods. It would be nice if the parking pass and check-in paperwork was at the condo when you arrive. Having to stop at the office in town to pick-up is a bit of a pain after driving allday. Other than that it was perfect. Definitely will stay again!!
