The Space
Step into the bright and welcoming open-concept living area, where warm wood accents and a gas fireplace create a cozy, inviting atmosphere. Recently constructed and beautifully built, this condo building is perfectly located right in the heart of downtown Telluride, just 2 blocks from the gondola. Countless restaurants and stores within walking distance. Our condo was beautifully decorated, perfect furniture and nicely appointed. Couldn't be happier with this vacation residence.

unit was fine. wish we had known about the noise of a unit being remodeled across plaza in the other Ballard building. found Vacasa unhelpful as we arrived early and had no place to put luggage for 4 hours.

The condo was great! Close to everything, the gondola, the walking path, main street. The condo was very nice, clean, comfortable with plenty of room for the three of us that stayed there. My husband loved the steam shower. Would definitely request this place again. Parking an SUV in the designated spot in the garage was a bit tight because of the pole, but we managed with some good maneuvering. My only complaint would be that the fire in the fireplace was a little lackluster, not very pretty with the glass covering. We love a nice fire at the end of the day to kick back and relax.
