Room clean, nice bedding although bed made an audible twang when you moved at night. Could do with something to hang clothes on. Shower could do with new grouting, a bit mouldy. And a bit more sympathy. Car broke down on route, luckily friends were able to assist but I was going to be late. As I was depending on their transport we asked if came after dinner possibly 10pm, at first said yes, then called me to say no and my friends had to reroute to pick up keys. It is a pub after all and they were still open and busy after my return from dinner, so the extra trip was not necessary!

The only thing that spoilt our stay was the attitude of the owner she was aggressive, .obnoxious and rude. The other staff and patrons were lovely . This should not be asvertised as having reception staff . Wouldn't stay again

Perfect location for exploring. Room was nice and big. Very clean and comfortable with a lovely cooked breakfast each day. Staff were warm and friendly.

Excellent value for money.
Excellent location to reach all museums and attractions by foot (within a mile or two). There is a private entrance to the accommodation, with a private terrace seating area. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Highly recommend it.

Really welcoming staff, particularly Ben who was new to the role and Becky. Both these guys and the rest of the staff to be fair went over and beyond their duties to ensure our stay was welcoming.

Wonderful Short Break
We’ve had a lovely stay at Ye Olde Robin Hood Inn. Brilliant location to see Ironbridge attractions, very friendly staff greeted us on arrival, nothing was too much trouble during our stay. Very nice room with a comfy bed and a decent shower with lots of hot water. Breakfast was good, pity we couldn’t eat in the evening, but not to worry, good places to eat were recommended not too far away. All in all a wonderful short break, thank you!

A broken nights sleep
Robin Hood’s “merry women’s “ boisterous behaviour with their boyfriends needs curbing! I stayed the night here on 5th August to break my journey home. Sadly the the bar staff decided to party into the small hours just below our room making so much noise my husband and I could not sleep. I hesitated to post this review knowing that the hospitality industry is facing problems but having emailed the hotel and received no response I have no choice. The only good thing about our stay was the excellent breakfast

Well located, lovely views, plenty of free parking. Well though out /comprehensive & competitively priced menu. Reasonable room rates supported by excellent breakfast in with the price Attentive staff. Quaint interior, traditional & historic fusion with modern facilities. This place is a solid base from which to explore the delights of the area.

Perfect weekend for two.

Lovely place - warm, clean and friendly. A expected, going to Ironbridge out of season was miserable and I assume it was looking so bad because it was getting ready for later in the year. We had a nice break from home.

Welcoming in a great location
On arrival we were greeted with a friendly smile whilst they fetched the manager to show us to our room. The room was a decent size with a separate but private bathroom with views over the river. In room tea and coffee with biscuits are also provided. The pub itself is charming with beautiful terrace gardens plenty of parking and had live music at the weekend. Pur full English breakfast was preorded the night before and very tasty. Just what we needed for a full days sightseeing. It's a 10/15 minutes walk following the river into Ironbridge itself. We'd definitely stay again.

At Ironbridge not Telford
Thought the Inn was in Telford but near the Ironbridge instead. Staff were friendly and obliging. Good atmosphere in the public bar and the room and ensuite were clean and well appointed - going size bed took up most of the room. Both the evening meal and he breakfast were very good.
