"I was moved to holiday inn as Ramada was closed I had chosen it because my friends were in the mercure opposite. This was a mile away so inconvenient "

"Plenty of parking, the room was clean and the welcome friendly.The downside was the restaurant was closed when arrived so the alternative was to go out again. We didn't bother, it might have been better to have had some notice of this and we could made other arrangements it didn't spoil matters."

"It is a wonderful historic building, but very run down . Some parts, eg the listed ballroom is closed needing roof repairs. Threadbare carpets, although bedding and towels changed each day there was poor bathroom supplies. I believe it is for sale. So fingers crossed because it’s in a good position with a car park. No resturant, or bar snacks. There is an excellent Spanish tapas restaurant round the corner.m and Peaberry a few yards down the street great for breakfast. "

"Fabulous stay.. all staff were friendly and helpful. Great weekend getaway with the kids, swimming in the pool, great parks nearby and restaurants, with the Telford shopping mall to shop till you drop. No regrets! All positive vibes!"
