"Beautiful beach, wonderful staff but barely second class facilities. The hotel is situated on a wonderful stretch of The Med but is one of those mega resorts with poor taste. Its rooms were tired, staff were barely keeping up with requests and looked unhappy. Food was plenty but of mediocre quality given the sophistication of Turkish cuisine. It needs a major management overhaul or will only appeal to the package holiday makers who seem to only enjoy excess with no taste. "

Usually, in such hotels, the songs played in children's animations, mini discos, etc. are chosen from internationally known children's songs, but unfortunately, 9 out of every 10 songs played for children here were in Russian. Only complaint is hot water is not consistent and was not there at 8pm. So not everyone can shower at one time. Other than that very comfortable place. "
