"The hotel is amazing, there is always something to do and the evening entertainment is probably the best we've seen. The buffet restaurant has a large variety of foods to cater for everyone. I would say that some proper napkins would be nice though as only tissues are used, even in the A La Carte restaurant, which we felt took away from the 5* rating. There are plenty of bars around the hotel so you are never waiting long for a drink and also the bar staff were very accommodating and made other drinks that weren't on the menu. We did feel like the alcohol had been watered down significantly though. The pool was always just the right temperature, with the sea being just as warm."

"The biggest problem was that this hotel, which claims to be child-friendly, only carried out activities for children in Russian. Usually, in such hotels, the songs played in children's animations, mini discos, etc. are chosen from internationally known children's songs, but unfortunately, 9 out of every 10 songs played for children here were in Russian. Therefore, non-Russian children did not have enough fun. Other than that, the hotel was generally good."

"Very clean, well set up apart hotel that has everything you need for cooking, multiple pots/pans plates, etc. they give many towels for your comfort. Washer/dryer. Only complaint is hot water is not consistent and was not there at 8pm. So not everyone can shower at one time. Other than that very comfortable place. "

"I reserved thru Hotels. Got confirmation. Arrived at the apartment afternoon of the reservation. No person to check in. I sent multiple message using WhatsApp and thru the hotel message system. Not one single response…. Has to book another hotel for the night."

"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and cozy, and the staff made us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious whilst enjoying the sight of mountains. One of the highlights was meeting the hotel’s lovely resident dog—such a sweetheart and added a warm, personal touch to our visit! "

"We stayed ir double bed room. The door knob was very unsafe- it looked like it was falling apart. The tv was in uncomfortable place by the bed. Traditional Turkish breakfest. In the room was lamp which was so bright and right in front of the bed,so annoying. staff was nice and helpful. There was balcony,which we cannot locked(in first floor!) Very poor wifi in the room. But by the pool it was good. "
