We loved our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was great and the location was excellent, just a short walk from the main attractions and the tram stop is very close. What made is extra special was the staff! They were all very professional, had excellent recommendations and went out of their way to assist us with whatever we needed. We will definitely be returning.

The room was fine, but my wife preferred to have our original booked room type, so the customer service manager-Dina reached out to my wife, and she made my wife very happy with her professional help . Also Erhant chef at breakfast delivered good service with his sweetness. Overall the entire hotel crew is nice and has great manners. They made our staying feels like home with comfort and satisfaction! upgrade with city view but smaller room size than what we originally booked. The room was fine, but my wife preferred to have our original booked room type, so the customer service manager-Dina reached out to my wife, and Dina made my wife very happy with her professional help .
