frühstück war grandios

ich war auf durch reise. die Zimmer sind ordentlich gross, sogar mit balkon. das best war der frühschicht. reisen auswahl, sehr nette und höflich und hilfsbereite angestellt. schon alleine deswegen lohnt sich auf jeden fall dort zu übernachten.

Hotel ist keine 5 Sterne wert. Vielleicht 3 maximal 4. Einrichtung alt was aber eigentlich nicht schlimm ist. Raum: Bett nicht Komfortabel, kein smart Fernseher, Regendusche funktioniert nicht wirklich, Toilette spült nur mittelmäßig, muss man ganz oft nach spülen damit alles weg ist. WiFi :Wenn man mit dem Handy raus aus dem Zimmer geht muss man sich immer wieder neu anmelden. Und Internet ist langsam. Pool: großer Minuspunkt hier, weil sehr laut und wirkt wie ein öffentlicher Freibad, viele Kinder, die springen ständig ins Becken und spritzen mit dem Wasser ( nicht alle sind Hotelbesucher Pool nimmt auch von außerhalb Menschen an) Drei rutschen die Spass machen, aber halt viel zu voll was schade ist. So sollte kein 5 Sterne Hotel sein. Frühstück: sehr vielfältig an essen!! Toll!

Bölgede konseptine göre rakipsiz. Resepsiyonda bizi karşılayan Gül hanıma çok teşekkür ederim her konuda yardımcı oldular. Odalar temiz ve konforluydu. Sıcak kapalı havuzu olması tabiki kış aylarında harika bir seçenek. Masaj,hamam,sauna,fitness salonu aktivite yönünden çok artıydı bizim için. Tüm otel çalışanlarına teşekkür ederim. Gercekten bu otel bu puanı nasıl almış şaşkınım, havuz başı kafesinde yemek yiyelim dedik ne hijyen ne de hizmet güzeldi. Giriş yaptığım otele giriş yapacak mısınız diye telefonla arandım. Pazar kahvaltısında hersey bitmişti çay içmeye bardak bile zor bulduk.

Les services proposés ne sont pas dignes d’un hôtel de cette marque. C’est dommage. La propreté de la piscine laisse à désirer. Les buffets sont toujours identiques et le restaurant à la carte ne vaut pas le prix. Par contre le personnel est très agréable surtout au petit-déjeuner et au bar de la piscine.

Gece saat 22,30 da otele vardık ancak odalarımızın satıldığından dahi haberleri yoktu 1 saate yakın lobide bekletildik saat 23.30 gibi odalarınızı ancak alabildik odaya yerleştik saat 2 gibi yan odanın aşırı gürültüsünden uyandık 113 nolu odada bulunan 4-5 kişinin gürültülü muhabbeti yaklaşık 1 saat sürdü sonunda birileri susturdu diğer 107 nolu odamızın soğuk kliması çalışmıyordu sıcak üflüyordu
