"The staff was great and stored our baggage while we explored before check-in. The room we got had a lot of space which was great for our little ones. Not too far from a train/subway station."
"Nice location, in a walkable distance to the subway (Tozai Line) and Maruyama Park. Sapporo Station and places around there (shopping, Hokkaido University, etc.) are also walkable, but it's a bit of a stretch, especially on hot days. Check-in and check-out was smooth. There are no humans present, everything is done via tablet, but it works. "Property is only 15mins drive to town area. Place is clean and quiet at night. Free parking is a plus. It would be perfect if the apartment could let us connect TV to wifi so that we could watch Netflix as all the programmes there are in Japanese and we don't understand.
Very pleasant experience overall."

"Beautiful view of Sapporo from the floor to ceiling window wall in our room. Comfortable couch by the window perfect for enjoying the scenery. Beds were Western height and comfortable. Room is only cleaned every other day but they left fresh towels in a bag on our door handle. Only a short and level walk from the north exit of the train station. There is a small 7-11 actually inside the lobby for snack emergencies. Superior hotel. "
"The accommodation was clean and had all the utilities you would need for a short or longer stay. We cooked most night so it was very handy having a cooker, full fridge, cooking appliance and utensils. They cleaned our room once for our long stay. Walking distance to town and to the train station. I would definitely stay again "
