  • This is a cosy and spacious house located in Costa Teguise, within a quiet residential area. It is just 600 metres from the sandy beach and 750 metres from Pueblo Marinero, with easy access to restaurants, shops and everything you need for your stay.



    Inside, it has a bright living room with a television and comfortable sofas, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.



    The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and complete kitchenware, so you can cook with total comfort.



    The accommodation offers three spacious bedrooms:
