Designed with families and groups in mind, the home offers plenty of room to spread out, with two living areas, ducted air conditioning throughout and a covered alfresco pavilion overlooking the private pool and garden.

The Property

Salt Gardens is a comfortable single-level home offering a practical layout for up to eight guests.

The main living area provides a welcoming space to relax together, while a separate family room gives everyone a little extra space to unwind. Ducted air conditioning throughout the home ensures comfortable temperatures year-round.

The home also features Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with streaming capabilities, making it easy to relax at home after a day exploring the Tea Gardens and Hawks Nest area.

Kitchen & Dining

The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stovetop, fridge and freezer, crockery, cutlery and cooking essentials.

The kitchen connects with the main living and dining areas, making it easy to prepare meals while staying connected with family and friends.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The main bedroom features a king-size bed and its own ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.

Two additional bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, while the fourth bedroom includes a tri-bunk, making it a practical option for children or additional guests.

The main bathroom includes a shower and bath, with a separate toilet also provided.

Outdoor Living & Pool

Step outside to the covered pavilion and alfresco entertaining area, complete with outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ — an ideal setting for relaxed meals and afternoons spent together.

The private swimming pool is exclusively for guests staying at Salt Gardens and provides a refreshing place to cool off during the warmer months.

Please note that the pool is not heated and there is no poolside furniture.

The yard is fully enclosed and the pool area is fenced, providing a practical outdoor space for families and guests travelling with dogs. The minimum fence height is 1155mm.

Salt Gardens is located in Tea Gardens, offering easy access to the village's shops, cafes, restaurants and waterfront.

The surrounding area is ideal for enjoying the relaxed coastal lifestyle, with nearby beaches, waterways, walking trails and golf courses to explore. Hawks Nest and its beautiful beaches are also just a short drive away.

Parking & Practical Features

Guests have driveway parking for approximately two vehicles, plus one dedicated space suitable for a boat or caravan.

The home's garage is not available for guest use.

Additional features include Wi-Fi, Smart TV and streaming, ducted air conditioning, a washing machine, dishwasher and enclosed yard.

Pets

A maximum of two dogs are permitted and must remain outdoors.
Other pets may be considered on application prior to booking.
