Lomalagi is a single level 3-bedroom home that harmonies with the natural environment. Directly opposite the Myall River, this home is a charming Tea Gardens Cottage.
You could not get any closer to the 'heart' of beautiful Tea Gardens if you tried. Restaurants, shops, school and club all nearby. Located across the road from the beautiful Myall River close to boat launching facilities. This wonderful 'holiday destination' property is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, school, Club, Hotel and only a few minutes drive to the main Surf Beach and prestigious Golf Club.
Spacious separate living and dining areas, with the practical kitchen located between both areas and the dining room opening out onto the side verandah, which enjoys river views. Three generous bedrooms with high ceilings, the main having water views. Two bathrooms with a shower, vanity and separate toilet. Plenty of parking with room for the boat.
The living area is cosy with a television and DVD player and spectacular views of the Myall River.
The third bedroom leads to a sunroom which has been set up a bunkroom for extra guests or children, noting this room has access into the back yard.

-You need to BYO sheets, pillowcases and all of your towels, or you may hire from the office at cost.

What an amazing cottage. Loved the federation style, the views are stunning. It’s such an idyllic spot. Quiet and tranquil. We’d happily return to the property.
This was a perfect house for our family get together. It had everything and more that we needed, and situated perfectly so we could walk everywhere. Will definitely be back.😊
Charming old cottage in an excellent location.
down sides was the house had a very stong urine odor and the windows needed repairs to stay open.
Once we were able to air the house out we really enjoyed however going out and coming back to the house after it had been shut up for a few hours the overpowering odor returned.
Very nice older style property. Clean. Well equiped with kitchen and spare blankets and heaters. It was cold so heaters were needed. Ceiling fans no air con for warmer weather. Would stay again at this property. Good spot for families.

Location location location
Excellent location, house needs some paint and update, towels would be great too.
Everything was fine, except the property was quite cold at night. We had all the oil heaters operating and plenty of blankets and eventually we warmed up. It was ok through the day and not as bad the second or third nights as the house became warmer with our occupation.
