Very nice property, well maintained and very clean. Is in the old part of the city, so the cityscape reflects that (the streets look grungy), but that's part of its historical character and appeal. Very safe and excellent eating options nearby. Only minor gripe, website suggests that airport transfer is included in rate, when it's not.

Great family guesthouse. Fantastic Georgian breakfast with an incredible array of local food. Great hospitality. The aircon was a blessing in the summer heat. Walking distance to everywhere in the centre.

Location is ideal, which is few meters away from Liberty Square. It is also in a ‘posh’ lane, with many dining options. The staff are friendly. And huge thank you to Anya for her tireless assistance in finding us tickets to go to Batumi. Thank you very much
