"Upon arriving to the property it smelled disgusting - couch was filthy, floors and corners that weren’t carpet had dust, webs, and dirt. There was a gasoline tank in a humid apartment which was a fire and health hazard. His personal belongings were EVERYWHERE - all in the fridge, his shoes and playing balls, his controllers, even a laptop! The cup holders in the couch weren’t even cleaned out and full of disgusting dirt and had a smoke hole in the couch which explained the disgusting smell...

"The property was not in the condition advertised. We found stains and hair on the sheets, dog waste in the yard, broken blinds, and damaged doors/screens. We documented everything with photos and reached out to the host after our stay. Unfortunately, they declined a refund and directed us to Vrbo support. While the location was fine, the condition of the home and the lack of resolution made this a disappointing stay."
