Located near the owners' main house (accessed via a shared first gate), it is independent, separated from the owners' house by an electric gate. On the ground floor, the living area comprises an open-plan kitchen with a living room and wood-burning stove, and a shower room/WC. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms in the converted attic: one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). Electric heating with reversible air conditioning. Enclosed courtyard, terrace with electric griddle, parking, and a small vegetable garden are available for guests. The A71 motorway is 18 km away. Vichy, a spa town, is 35 km away.
