"Die Lage und der Blick sind ein Traum und entschädigt die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft. Im Haus muss einiges renoviert und modernisiert werden und eine Klimaanlage wäre wirklich eine Bereicherung. Wir haben uns aber trotzdem wohl gefühlt und die Vermieterin Maria ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie war immer sehr bemüht und versuchte alle Mängel zu beseitigen. "Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen direkt in der alten Stadtmauer von Posada mit einem atemberaubenden Blick. Um an das Haus zu kommen sollte man gut zu Fuß sein da man über einen steilen Weg zum Haus gehen muss. Es gibt einen kleinen Sitzplatz im Innenhof (gemeinschaftlich genutzt ) dort ist es sehr schön ist zu sitzen, auch wenn es windig ist. "The view from the many terraces at this home was utterly amazing. Jaw dropping. It’s a large home with two separate guest room houses - which wasn’t 100% clear when we booked it. You definitely need a car here to get to the beach or any market or restaurant. There’s a small kitchen with a dishwasher and tons of plates/glassware (in a separate room). We even found a cooler for beach picnics. There is A/C in the bedrooms (tho one didn’t work while we were there) but not in the main shared spaces....

"We spent two wonderful weeks in this charming house. The structure is new and the rooms are furnished simple & very tasteful! Still within reach of Olbia and some very beautiful beaches, but also far enough to offer some marvelous quiet evenings on the lovely terrace! Marco is a splendid host and was always available in case we had questions. We had a great time and will definitely return! It's highly recommendable!!!"
