Holiday Home "Sole Mare" near the Beach with A/C, Garden & Terrace

Situated in an ideal location within walking distance of the beach on Sardinia’s Costa Smeralda. The holiday home Sola mare consists of a living room, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a washing machine and air conditioning. A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request. Outside, there is a private garden and covered terrace with a grill. The house is just 50m away from two wonderful beaches, Lo Squalo and Il Pellicano e Pittulongu. The house is also well within walking distance to the centre of the town of Pittulongu, where you will find shops, restaurants and bars. The nearest supermarket is 7 minutes (500m) away on foot. The nearest airport is in Olbia, which is 13 minutes (10km) drive away.
