Comfortable holiday home in the Algarve, near Tavira
Located in the middle of the small fishing village of Santa Luzia, only 100 m from the harbor promenade, lovingly renovated holiday home with large living, dining and kitchen area, 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom each, secluded atrium, terrace, air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Santa Luzia is approx. 4 km west of Tavira and known as the "capital of the squid" (Capital do polvo), offers numerous restaurants as well as shops for everyday needs.
From the harbor (4 minutes on foot) there is a regular ferry connection (approx. 10 minutes) to the beach on the offshore dune island (Ria Formosa).

Tolles Haus, perfekte Lage!!
Wir waren sehr begeistert und haben uns richtig wohl in dem Ferienhaus gefühlt.
Wir haben schon einige Urlaube an der Algarve verbracht, aber solch ein super ausgestattetes, sauberes Haus hatten wir noch nie.
Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.
Im Vorfeld schon hatten wir ein positives Gefühl zu dem Vermieter, den wir auch jederzeit kontaktieren konnten.
Es war ein ganz toller Urlaub 2018!

Apartamento muito agradável, excelente localização
Casa com excelentes condições e muito espaçosa. Localização ideal, muito perto do cais do ferry-boat que, atravessando a Ria Formosa, leva à Praia da Terra Estreita, uma das melhores de Portugal. Únicas faltas que sentimos foi a de um microondas, e a televisão, sendo por satélite, só capta canais internacionais, a maioria, alemães - felizmente, tem a CNN, BBC World, Euronews, canais espanhóis, etc.
Só tivemos pena de não aproveitar os óptimos espaços exteriores, pois apesar de a casa estar equipada com redes anti-mosquitos em todas as janelas, as melgas que abundam naquela região acabam sempre por entrar sabe-se lá por onde e as suas picadas permanecem durante dias. Aconselhamos repelente para a pele, repelente de parede e redes sempre fechadas (e mesmo assim, cuidado...).
