The Villa Azzurra, in the typical Mediterranean style, is located in the enchanting Marina di Mancaversa a few meters from the sea. Furnished with great care, it can accommodate up to a maximum of 5/6 beds and is composed of: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, living room with dining table, 2 bathrooms, one with shower / tub, kitchenette. There is a small veranda and a barbecue for outdoor grilling. The solarium of the Villa is equipped with garden furniture from which you can enjoy the sea view. It has a garage and washing machine.
Position
Ideal for spending a wonderful holiday, located in a quiet area about 7 km from Gallipoli in Mancaversa and a few meters from a small sandy beach.

Mancaversa is mainly characterized by a low cliff where small beaches wet by the Ionian, clear, transparent and largely uncontaminated sea creep in, offering sea enthusiasts seabed rich in marine flora and fauna and certainly still to be discovered. Nearby all kinds of shops, sports center with tennis courts, five-a-side football pitch, children's playground, restaurants where you can taste the delicious local dishes, green spaces, pharmacy and first aid.

Belle maison idéalement placée

Nous avons passé une petite semaine dans la maison de Sergio. Le logement est pratique, très propre. Il bénéficie d'une terrasse où il fait bon s'installer en fin de journée, ainsi que d'un garage très pratique. De plus sa situation à une centaine de mètres de la plage est un plus. Nous y avons séjourné en fin de saison estivale, donc le quartier était particulièrement calme. Le lieu est idéal pour à la fois bénéficier de la mer et de la plage, mais aussi pour visiter le sud des Pouilles, le littoral et faire quelques belles randonnées dans les réserves naturelles. De très belles vacances

Casa meravigliosa

Ganz tolles Haus, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Mit viel Liebe renoviert. Ganz toll, die Möglichkeit im Keller in der Garage zu parken. So musste das Auto nicht in der Sonne stehen und man kann immer in Ruhe ein- und ausladen. Kleine Badebucht fußläufig erreichbar, größerer Sandstrand "Lido Pizzo" 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Perfekt für Familien Besonders schön auch Abends auf der Dachterrasse zu sitzen. Herrlich!

Ein sehr schönes Haus in einem schönen kleinen Ort, Restaurant, Supermarkt und Strand in der Nähe.

Das Haus ist in einem gepflegten und sauberen Zustand. Wenn man Filterkaffee zum Frühstück möchte sollte man Filtertüten und ggf einen Filter mitnehmen .Sergio ist sehr sympathisch. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Urlaub.

Schönes Haus, entspannter Urlaub

Vom 21.10. bis 2.11. 2017 haben wir zu dritt unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr schön und groß, besonders die Dachterasse muss hervorgehoben werden. Wenn Sergio noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten ändert, gibt es auch 5 Sterne :-)) In der Küche wäre ein wenig mehr Ausstattung von Vorteil, z.Bsp. ein Kochlöffel, Pfannenwender.... Weingläser. Aber das ist ein Mangel, der nicht dramatisch ist. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und allen eine schöne Zeit wünschen

Il nostro soggiorno è stato bellissimo: la casa pulita e accogliente, spaziosa e luminosa. Punto forte dell abitazione: il terrazzo, grande e con una bellissima vista mare. Io la consiglio anche perché si trova vicinissima a tutti i servizi della marina al mare e a Gallipoli. Il proprietario poi, un tipo simpaticissimo e molto gentile.
