The villa is in a quiet, pleasant residential area, at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is a 5-minute walk from the village centre and a few minutes from footpaths and cycle paths. Dogs are allowed and the garden is fully fenced.

    New 100 m2 ground-floor villa for 6 people: open-plan kitchen, dining/living room opening onto covered terrace and swimming pool, 1 master suite with shower and washbasin (160 cm double bed), 1 bedroom (160 cm double bed), 1 bedroom with 160 cm double bed, bathroom, air-conditioned villa in the day area (kitchen, dining room and living room).

    There is a private boules court (boules provided).

    Fully fenced property planted with oleanders. Large shaded terrace with dining table, barbecue and garden furniture (4 armchairs) and 4 deckchairs 2 fatboys Heated swimming pool (April to October), secured with a 3*6 m cover and 1.20 metre deep.

    Household linen (sheets and towels) Beds are made on arrival and the pool is serviced once a week by the owner. The house is equipped with a cot and high chair.
