"The Hotel is great and pretty good value; it is very easy to get to the water park, beach and hiking trails in the mountains. For an all inclusive, the food quality and variety was surprisingly good and the staff were great. The photo that shows an indoor swimming pool should be removed from the listing; this isn't the Hotel Taurito's pool (which is outdoor and unheated), it is the very warmly heated indoor pool at the nearby Krabi spa which costs $25/2 ppl/2 hours."

"This is my second stay here, and Thevroom was better this time, the hotel is very basic, but the areabis why I come. Taurito is lovely, nice beach 5 mins walk and great restaurants along the broadwalk such as Sunset Taurito where you find unlike in the hotel friendly service with a smile. Livvo needs better customer service, to make up for its basic outdated property"

"We spent a month at this property and truly found it great. Pedro met us on arrival and spent time explaining the area and how to get around. We had a car for the duration with on-site parking which was great. Pedro had a large gift basket for us as well. The apartment had everything we needed for an extended stay. We would gladly go back for an even longer stay given the opportunity"

"In total there were 15 of us staying in various locations. My stay in Gloria Palace was excellent , staff were most friendly, cleanliness was perfect, rooms all have sea views & are most spacious. I had only one complaint, my main course meal,which was duck, was inedible. I was unable to eat it as it was tough. I told my waitress but nothing was done ! So I again mentioned at reception & was told by the gentleman that he would ask his boss. When I was checking out I again asked & was told that nothing could be done!!! Such a pity that it wasnt dealt with correctly. "
