"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would 100% recommend. The staff were excellent. So polite, friendly and helpful at all times. The room was clean and comfortable, as were all of the social areas. Breakfast had a good selection. It doesn’t state on the website, but the pool is closed during off peak, although the the staff were very accommodating and allowed me to sit by the pool in the outdoor terrace, as it was still 24 degrees. Shuttle to and from the airport is included and hotel is a 5 minute walk from the tram station which takes you into the city centre. Thank you for a very pleasant stay! "

"Very satisfied with hotel and staff. One area of concern is the driveway at night. It is very dark and there are no lights. We had a 4:30 am taxi pickup and we had to walk up the driveway , approximately 500 ft to where the taxi was to pick is up. Total darkness and the condition of the driveway is not safe at night. There is a broken barrier in the middle if the driveway that my husband hit, thankfully with the suitcase and not his foot. Another pickup area we used on another stay is closer but patio stone walkway is so uneven and overgrown that you cannot roll you suitcases easily."

"Very nice hotel with excellent staff. We did not find the shuttle from the airport but getting an Uber was quick & easy. Comfortable beds, good breakfast, and nice hot showers."

"Didnt like any of it Room was dirty No hand soap Flys loads on wall and door sick of them i was Air Con was broke Bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned Paid £6.50 for breakfast which was terrible and hardly any choice Staff cant speak English and didnt seem interested Never comeing back to that dump"

"Tidy budget hotel in city centre near main train station and airport express bus. 8th floor room was clean and very quiet. Good deal on very good quality continental breakfast. Staff were very pleasant and helpful on my enquiry about returning soon with a bicycle. "

"We found this hotel very nice. The room was clean and tidy. It also gave children free breakfast not that they eat very much but they enjoyed it. Swimming pool was lovely and the hotel generally was clean. Well worth another visit."
