Connor, we are very sorry that your expectations were not met and have adjusted the property definition to hopefully provide further clarity about access and positioning of the unit. We struggle to understand your comments about privacy and undue noise. We have never had adverse comments from guests about this prior to yours, and indeed have had super host status on other platforms. The unit itself not overlooked, but yes, access does require use of some space shared/overlooked with/by the owner. The noise your vehicle certainly announced your arrival/departure. The unit is built with code-compliant soundproofing and we queried our first few guests as to whether noise from upstairs was heard and they advised footfall could be heard was acceptable. Our behavior was not out of the ordinary during your stay a concern and we always try to be considerate of guest below.
