Awesome hotel. Only thing letting it down is the check in process with the key app. It takes way too long! We checked in on a Sunday evening & it took 20mins to check in because it took so long for the people in front of us to sort out the app. Its ridiculous, get rid of it. Give yr guests a damn ...

The location was fantastic - close to shops, beach, restaurants, Mt M. Managers (Staff) were so kind and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again when next we are in NZ.
