- 5 bedrooms upstairs: 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds, 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and 1 small guest bedroom with a crib.

- 2 bathrooms with bathtubs (upstairs)

- 1 toilet on the ground floor and 2 toilets upstairs

- 2 living areas on the ground floor: 1 kitchen/dining room, 1 large living room with a bar area.

The house features a large garden with views of the Château du Taureau and Louët Island. The garden is not enclosed and opens onto fields as far as the eye can see.

OPTIONS:

- Cleaning must be done by the tenant at the end of the stay. A mandatory "interim cleaning" fee is charged at the time of booking and covers disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. For those who don't want to worry about cleaning before departure, we also offer an optional "full cleaning" fee for €125.

- Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price. They are available as an option after booking at a rate of €30/person.

- Pets are allowed under certain conditions. Please contact us before booking. A supplement of €10/day or €50/week will apply.
