Nice location near the main road of Tata.Beautiful little old house with two bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen, and an open-concept space at the back. The house matches the description, with two beautiful bedrooms and air conditioning, and being able to bring our dog is greatly appreciated. There's a barbecue, which is a nice touch, but the patio table could be larger. There are still things to improve for this rental to get 5 stars. Cleanliness was well below our expectations upon arrival. The vacuum was already full, and I had to empty it before using it because there was a lot of hair and dust on the floor, behind furniture, both downstairs and upstairs. My partner had to clean the table and kitchen counter, which hadn’t been done. There were also crumbs left on the chairs. The kitchen equipment is old but functional. Having newer appliances, especially the refrigerator, which also wasn't very clean, would be a plus.
