"Room carpet and furnishings were old, worn, threadbare. Lobby was fine. Good spot to sleep when you show up tired at 10:30PM but not remarkable otherwise."

"Good parking on the premises. Breakfast was good although it ends at 9am. Hotel and rooms were edtremely clean and the exercise room is nice as well. The lady who checksd us in was terrific althogh the rest of the feknt desk staff werent too cheerful lol. A few questions we had, and they more or less seemed like answering our questions were a bother. I worked for IHG for years and we always made it a point to staff our frent desk with positive, cheerful, polite individuals. Other than the lady who checked us in, the rest were defiitely not that. Still gave 5 stars though bc everything else was delightful. "

"Room was nice but you can tell the building is in need of major upgrades. Elevators were noisy. The tile stairs out front have been cracked and falling apart for over a year and the water pressure was very low. Would be nice if they’re-opened the actual restaurant instead of trying to enjoy a meal in the bar area. "

"We were very happy with the room, the location, parking, and the kindness of the staff. This was the 3rd time we stayed her while traveling down the East Coast. We will be back!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Not exactly as advertised. "Free parking" was actually on the street and required us to park up the hill and carry our things some distance. The room was clean but consisted of a bed with little passage way around it and a tiny bathroom. Advertised self serve food was a vending machine with no food in it ! That said, the host answered my question via text very promptly which I appreciated."

"Bed.inens feel very cheap and they lack weight. Pillows on the other hand were excellent "

"Very well equipped space. Water refill station in the fitness room, extra restroom down the hall, blackout curtains, multiple phone charging options and a makeup mirror. Friendly staff and ample breakfast options. Parking lot felt full due to the buzzing food hall and breweries, but always managed to find a spot. Prettiest little neighborhood. Would stay again."
