Unfortunately, the prices displayed on hotels.com are not applied by the property. they say that the prices of hotels.com does not apply VAT but hotels.com receipt shows a "Tax" line, equals to 12% of the non tax amount, which is the VAT amount. this is very disappointing and i had to pay the surplus because i had my flight to catch up and didn't have time to contest it. "

"Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were attentive and very friendly. They were knowledgeable about the area. We had some issue with the AC however they got that sorted and were prompt on solving it. They have works going on at the moment but made sure we were aware. Also accommodated my daughter with adding a bed in the room free of charge. "

"I'm a female solo traveller and I really enjoyed staying at the hotel. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and the hotel is in a good location for exploring Tashkent. Room was very comfortable and quiet. I arrived off an early flight and could only get in my room if I paid 50% but the receptionist advised that if I came back after 11am, I may get in earlier without charge (which I did). I would happily stay here again. "

"breakfast excellent clean property Asked front desk to arrange guide for day tour of Tashkent, the guy they arranged was not a guide couldn't even speak good english total waste of money/fraudulent. Front dest staff woke us up at 3 am for extra room key we had for our party of 3, because they needed it! totally unacceptable."
