"Nice hotel and kind people at the reception and breakfast place.
Rooms are not fully noise cancelled and you hear traffic from outside. We had two rooms on 8th floor and still could hear the noise during the night, I am sure it would have been worse on the lower floors, but black out curtains help to block the noise a bit :)
Overall experience was nice, but the service was slow. Especially in the Maroon restaurant. There are more servers than guests there during lunch we visited yet they...

"Check in was smooth at 1700 pm, desk girl spoke English. Wifi was down but came back up in an hour. There is a convenience shop just out the front yard and a restaurant next to that. Room was clean, normal toiletries. Mediocre towels. Taxi fare to the airport at 0530 in the morning, booked by the hotel, was 40000 UZS ($5)."
