Overall enjoyed our stay, the hotel was very convenient for sight seeing, check-in and check out was much slower than usual but room was really nicely appointed and staff were helpful & friendly. Would definitely stay again here.
Pleasent stay, spacious room, excellent breakfast. It was helpful to have someone on reception who spoke English. They arranged a taxi to take us to Turkestan and back, well organized and helpful.
A good and reasonable hotel largely coping with Western European requirements. However the bar had no gin when we stayed there otherwise was well stocked!

Property is good.expedia did not communicate properly with them and had to pay for extra room for a night,but the manager Mr Eduard was very helpful and upgraded at a minimal fee.staff was low,we had to bring down our own bags early morning.
Overall nice hotel and recommend
I have been asked to pay for accomodation even though I had paid it during reservation. I have showed them my receipt then everything is settled

The worst staff ever! NEVER book this hotel in Tashkent! They are not friendly and do not care about your comfort, I thought I was talking to the wall not a humans at the reception. Horrible experience!
It was a terrible experience of my lifetime hotel stay. I haven't stayed in a hotel with such a discomfort, specially the central Airconditioning system is set with minm Temperature at 26 degree centrigrade. In every hotel I stayed, I could set up thebtemp at 18 degree minm. I had to open the window but there was huge noise of cars as the hotel is located on a main road. Under no circumstances, this hotel should not be in the list of hotel. com specially for regular guests. Radisson chain should be informed about the syandard of this branch in Tashkent as the overal standard doesn't match the quality of Radisson worldwide. I haven't received yet the refund promised by Manager of the hotel for the second night I cancelled.

L’hôtel très bien situé car proche du métro, mérite une excellente note ! Le personnel est aimable et très serviable, nous avons bénéficié d’un early check in et d’un late check out plus qu’appréciable ! Le seul bémol est que la climatisation fonctionne très peu dans la chambre malgré 2 interventions, sinon le séjour aurait été parfait ! Néanmoins la température de 24 degrés dans la chambre était quand même supportable face aux 38 degrés extérieurs.
