"The public areas of the hotel I visited were in excellent condition. The staff were extremely attentive and it was clear that they run a tight ship, especially in the minutes after a shuttle arrives from the airport. Access to the convenience store in the lobby is a huge plus. The room was very clean and comfortable though it showed some wear. It is very much suitable for a night before or after your flight to or from Narita. There is also a small restaurant a short walk away, though you have to cross the road twice with some traffic."

A full supply of toiletteries is very much appreciated. I love that the hotel is so conveniently located in T3, a short walk to the train station that will take you to Ginza within 30 minutes. Look for a 30-hour layover to explore Tokyo. :-)"

"This hotel was exactly what we needed after a long 14 hour flight. After we got off the plane, there was a direct shuttle to this hotel which was awesome! The staff at hotel was fantastic. We got tricked by the buffet dinner service though!! It is extremely expensive and as foreigners who were exhausted, had just arrived and we're starving, we had the buffet dinner and it was 100,000 yen in total!! The buffet was delicious but not worth $100 for me and my husband. All around, the room was spacious enough for Japan style hotels, and we loved it"

"Great hotel. Coach direct from the Airport to the Hotels in the Disney area. Fast and friendly check in. Loads of space about the hotel and it was all decorated for Halloween which was lovely. There’s also some shops with in it. Hotel room was spot on with a small balcony over looking the Disney park. Staff were amazing! "
