"I was nervous since I’ve never spent this much on an overnight stay before but everything was perfect. Reception was great and welcoming. The room wa a beautiful and spacious. The food was amazing!! And they brought it to the room (the sever we had was so nice and friendly). Our room had a outdoor bath and it really hit the spot. 10/10 experience I would stay here again and recommend to my friends."

"社員旅行ではじめて利用させて頂きましたが、レストラン、温泉、眺望、施設、スタッフの皆さんの全てが完璧でした。ホテル内には＂砂蒸し風呂＂もあり、 温泉大浴場と併せ癒されました。また、1番楽しみにしていたのが食事でしたが、指宿唯一のフレンチレストランでの創作フレンチコース料理とベテランソムリエの方がチョイスしたワインが素晴らしかった事と、我々ホテルユーザーにとっての最後のイベントが朝食ですが、フレッシュな食材の料理に感動しました。また伺わせて頂きます！"
