The room was spacious, had great amenities and it was an overall great experience! I would 100% stay there again. The room was overall very clean, though the floor could have been mopped a bit better, especially in the toilet room, I used some bleach wipes I had to spot clean so I didn’t call down to have them come address the issue. If you are traveling with family, especially kids, this is a great place to stay!

"Very clean and great location next to Osaka station with lots of amenities around. You do need to navigate 2 sets of lifts and it can get busy so just need to watch time a little - especially around checkout at 12. It’s a huge hotel and immaculately kept. Good coffee machine at reception."
