8/10 Good
"I booked last minute. So the communication was slow. Ended up calling the owner as the administrator was unreachable. For some reason, their check in / check out and other things link did not open on my US carrier phone. Ended up using an Estonian one (lucky I had one person with me who helped out). The apartment was tiny. Well set up. It served its purpose for our family. Best for 2 people only, but it had everything you’d need."

 Antonius Boutique Hotel

Antonius Boutique Hotel

"Amazing boutique hotel. 5 stars without question. The breakfast was stellar. My issues are two. First, some rooms have access to the elevator but we (baby included) were put into a room without elevator access. Trust me when I say my wife wasn’t happy about that. Second is the advice of the staff about parking which is organized by the staff. Our two night stay was booked for parking by the staff for one day, which resulted in a 60 euro fine. If I alone was responsible, no problem, but the gentleman behind the desk booked it for one day. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay. Central, clean, friendly, beautifully decorated with a first class breakfast."

"Good spa hotel, and decent facilities and upkeep of property. Spa has jacuzzis, steam, sauna and routine stuff but restricted open timings, with other slots being chargeable. Continental breakfast was also decent. This hotel is right opposite the main Tartu bus station so very accessible. Also, 2 big malls and other restaurants are also stone throws. River promenade walk is just a 5 min walk. Given the city itself is small, the hotel location works really well"
