Stay on a higher floor if you value a good sleep
The welcome was good, but very slow, as there was only one person on reception and there were four people in front of us. We had a room on the first floor behind the conference rooms and this proved to be very noisy with a lot of doors banging throughout the night and noise from the street. We had not expected that and asked to move after two nights of not sleeping of a three-day stay. Once moved to the 4th floor everything was fine. The breakfast was excellent with great choice and plenty of room to sit.

+ Loistava sijainti. + Hyvä aamupala. - Hotellin sisäänpääsy- opastus puutteellinen ( remontin takia) - Kylpyhuoneen suihkutilasta levisi vesi estämisestä huolimatta koko lattialle. - Hotellin vastapäätä sijaitsevasta baarista kuului yöllä reilusti melua. - Likainen kokolattiamatto - Maksullinen parkkipaikka tuli ikävänä yllätyksenä ( aikaisemmin ilmainen)

Viikonloppuvierailu
Sijainniltaan aivan loistava. Viikonlopun aikana kaupungissa paljon tapahtumia ja oli helppo käydä välillä pistäytymässä huoneessa, kun kaikki lähellä.Tilava huone ja hotellin yleiset tilat viihtyisät. Pienenä miinuksena suihkussa käydessä "avoin" suihkukoppi kasteli kylpyhuoneen lattian. Aamupala hyvä ja ruokailutila viihtyisä.

Henkilökunta palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista. Hyvä sijainti, kaikkia kävelyetäisyydellä ja parkkipaikka lähellä hotellia. Parkkipaikasta ei saatu vahvistusta ennen matkaa soittamatta hotelliin. Kerran huoneen siivousta jouduttiin odottamaan kolme tuntia ja se tehtiin vasta pyydettäessä klo 17.00. Tyynyt olivat liian korkeita ja wc:stä puuttui pidee.

Positiivista hyvä sijainti, siisteys, parkkipaikka. Huoneessa oli kokolattiamatto, mikä ei tuntunut hyvältä. Kylpyhuone oli aika kulunut ja ikkunan näköala ahtaalle sisäpihalle. Hyvien arvostelujen perusteella odotin parempaa huonetta!

Nice hotel
The hotel is located in the very centre of Tartu. There are lots of restaurants and coffees neaby. The breakfast was superb, one of the best we have had for a long time. The hotel has an own parking lot.
