"Non gulf view was in basement looked at a parking garage. Room was so filthy. Never again. Its a shame because pool is nice. Smaller than i thought though. Rooms need a redo. "

"The property was pleasant overall; however, there was water left unattended on the lobby floor, which resulted in a slip incident. Additionally, while the housekeeping staff member was courteous, communication was limited due to a language barrier, which made resolving a minor issue take longer than expected. Improved attention to safety and communication would enhance the guest experience."

"Thought the hotel was conveniently located and the staff could not have been more accommodating. However, the place is dated. But for us, it was convenient, clean and very well priced thanks to Expedia. Again, the front desk staff & housekeeping were very very good."

"Great location, great building. Most of all, incredible staff. Extremely friendly and genuinely caring from the front desk, to valet, to housekeeping staff. Later in our stay, our 2 yr old got the sliding door to the balcony closed on his finger. The staff was very concerned, recommended which hospital to go to, and since it was late at night, offered us an extended late checkout the next day knowing we would get little rest. I had another manger call us to follow up with how our little guy was doing the next day. This hotel overall understands service. Would definitely go back. "

"The room and property is very clean. The food at the restaurant is very good and priced well. Staff is friendly and accommodating.Convenient market in the lobby for snacks. Pool area was clean and well kept. Surprisingly we did not hear airplanes in our room with the close proximity to the airport. Will definitely stay here again!"

"This hotel is by the beach. It’s a 6 minute walk to the beach. There is a parking lot however it is small. They do have a parking garage, but it is not attached to the hotel. They do charge you a resort fee when you get there. No bikes are available like at some resorts. It’s a nice place and good location. It is due for an update on the inside.. nothing that should keep anyone away. It is close to everything. There are some great restaurants in the area!"
