"The room was clean but small, they left water and snacks in the room and welcomed us with a bottle of wine. However, you could hear talking through the duct work from the other part of the house, fortunately they were quiet. It appeared there were no controls for the temperature in the room, it was controlled from the house. There was a ceiling fan that helped control the feeling of the temperature in the room. It was raining when we arrived and the sidewalk stopped short of the back entrance, it was impossible to not track in black sand. It was a short bike ride to Sunset Beach and downtown area and we were able to store our bikes in the fenced in patio area. They also had loaner bikes if you did not have your own bike. Overall, it was a nice place with a nice private outside seating area."

"The resort rooms are dated and worn and need a refresh bathrooms very small. Work out room very busy hard to get on equipment, some equipment is old and rusted. Food very good at restaurants. Staff all very nice."

"Front desk staff helpful. This is a cheap stay for a reason, no luxury here. Some evidence that room was not thoroughly cleaned. Hotel has held $25 of deposit. Nothing taken, didn't damage anything , or break rules. Not responding to inquiry. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The check-in process and communication were excellent. We spent most of our time in the seating area near the pool, which was quite comfortable. The setting was great for our dog. He had plenty of room to run outside the lanai, chasing lizards and bugs. I neglected to request that the pool be heated, so it's my fault that we didn't use the pool.The bedrooms were comfortable, but we really didn't spend too much time indoors.The property could use a little refreshing."

"This house was immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated with all the final touches. It included all the essentials and comforts needed plus many more. The front porch was our favorite place to sit with our morning coffee or a drink in the evening.The hosts were fantastic and responded immediately with every request. If we could give rate the hosts and the house higher than the five stars, I would. We’ve already recommended this place to family and friends and plan on returning very soon. In our opinion, it’s the only place to stay in Tarpon Springs. "
