"Beautiful, clean property with a friendly and responsive owner. The courtyard/pool area is especially nice, and overall the space is well maintained.The main issue was a mismatch in expectations. We searched VRBO under “whole house,” expecting full privacy, but the property is actually split into three sections around a shared courtyard/pool. We had two sections, while the owner occupied the third. He kept a very low profile (we only saw him at arrival and departure), but you can occasionally hear activity, and all sections open to the same pool area. The listing does mention “two private cabanas,” so this may be more of a VRBO search/filtering issue than the owner.The outdoor kitchen is more of a kitchenette: good refrigerator, small sink, 2-burner induction cooktop, gas grill, and basic cookware/utensils. It worked for a short stay but is limited compared to a full kitchen setup.The pool was advertised as heated but felt quite cool (likely under 75F). The owner mentioned it should be around 85F, so this may have been a temporary issue.Overall: a very nice stay in a beautiful, clean space—but not a true “whole house” experience if that’s what you’re expecting."

"In pictures the house looks great. The layout and views are great. The house was clean but worn. The pool was dirty and falling apart. When I talked to the host about finding another property due to pool and deck tiles being broken “With kids running around” they seemed happy to help. Although it was “clean” we also found tiny ants all over the kitchen countertops. When I reached out to the host again (who hasn’t Gotten back to be about another property yet) and I asked for a refund, they totally ghosted me! I will not be staying here again. "

"We had a great family vacation. We arrived in multiple cars which made it perfect for the big drive way. Neighbors were friendly, pool was clean. It was a little chilly outside when we arrived and Laura warmed the pool a tad bit more for us to make it comfy for us to enjoy. Beds were wonderful. Over all stay was great. "

"Our family had a wonderful stay in Cape Coral! The home was very family- and kid-friendly, and our kids absolutely loved spending time in the pool. The outdoor eating space was perfect for family meals, and we had a great time grilling food, relaxing, and enjoying the sunshine.We did have an issue with the pool heater during our stay, but Mason was incredibly responsive and worked quickly to get it resolved, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway."

We had a couple of snafus with the outdoor lighting and batteries for the remotes but the property manager addressed those quickly. Jodie was great to work with. The beds were super comfortable ,we had everything we needed to make our two week stay almost perfect. I would highly recommend this home. The neighborhood was quiet and great for walking."
