"Host was great, the only thing to add is an oven. Has a grill and a cook top and microwave but oven would be great and a TV out by the Kitchen or a radio. Otherwise was clean and beds were comfy."

"The house was just as pictured, but even better. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into every detail in the house. We have been coming down to this area for 9 years now and rented a different house each time. This is the first home my husband said he would return to! The pool area is private with the bushes around the fence. Would definitely recommend!"

"We enjoyed our week at this house. Nice neighborhood, clean and nice house. The pool and hot tub area was wonderful. We loved that there is patio furniture to lounge on while the kids swam. If we came to Florida for a vacation again, we would book this house again."

"The house is great. Had issues with the heated pool but Tyson responded and sent someone to fix. Only suggestion would be to have enough beach towels for everyone. There were only 4 and we were six. Great house that sleeps 10. Close to Public’s - Ft Meyers Beach - 20 min."

"This place is the best. There is nothing you need. The host called us right away when we had a question. There was 12 of us ranging in age from 19-70 and no one had a complaint. We loved it so much we are thinking of renting it again in the future."
