"The PERFECT house for a relaxing vacation celebrating our Dad's 80th birthday! The pool was where most of us spent our time & lots of meals in the well supplied kitchen! The house was extremely clean & lots of room for all of us. A couple issues with a non-working television & coffee maker- Dwayne was so understanding and came within hours to replace. We can't say enough about how perfect this house and vacation was! "

"We had a wonderful week at Villa Margarita! Our family enjoyed fishing off the dock out back and caught a variety of fish. We saw a dolphin on our last morning. The house was well stocked and made cooking at home all week very easy. The views made every evening peaceful whether it was under the lanai or out at the dock. Bonus was the amount of beach gear! There are so many places to shop, eat, and explore nearby. Couldn’t recommend this house enough!"

"Family-friendly, Clean, pool, views, amenities, fully equipped, beach accessories provided, location. A few things did not work but that’s to be expected with rental properties. The property as a whole is highly recommended. "

"We spent a wonderful week at Cape cove. There was plenty of space in the very clean home. The young adults enjoyed a friendly game of ping pong after relaxing in the pool. Others enjoyed fishing while we sat under the tiki hut watching. Thank you for sharing your home with us. "

"Beautiful home inside and out! This was a “Staycation” for my family and I and it was one of the BEST! The house is spacious for all 7 of us,The kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to cook. The beds were extremely comfortable! The outside area is where we spent our 3 days. The tiki bar what an awesome touch! The grill was spotless and clean ready to use! The only thing was the pool was a bit too much chlorinated and caused skin irritation and discoloration with our swimsuits but that was not the fault of the host at all. I did reach out to the host letting her know and she apologized and made her pool cleaner aware. If you are looking for a beautiful home to sit back and relax this is IT!"

"The shower stall could be fixed up a little. But overall the pool area and basically everything else was very nice."
