"Upon arrival , they couldn’t find my fully paid booking through Hotels.com. I showed them my confirmation email etc. I had to make a separate payment for the night. I intended to stay 5 nights , but left the following morning due to the sub par levels of service and facilities "

I responded nah I already booked online. The dirty gate keeper told me “bro do not argue with me”. I insisted to go in and talk to someone behind a desk. The gate keeper walked in with me and the lady I assume is one behind the seat was not behind any desk rather she was running down the stairs and started horse playing...

"I had a horrible experience. I paid for the place and could not gain access because host was complaining that they don’t get payout on time from Expedia so they advise I cancel and pay cash but I already paid and I was denied access but yet to receive my refund. I therefore warn unsuspecting travelers to avoid this property or get humiliated and defrauded "
