"The staff were all very nice and helpful. Rooms appeared to be updated, were clean and had all we needed. The refrigerator was nice because it had a separated freezer. Bathrooms were stocked and clean. Wifi is included and worked well. Breakfast was good nothing fancy but had options. The area was quiet and near stores/ restaurants. They were in the middle of refurbishing the lobby but did not affect us. "

"Pool was warm and clean. No hot tub though. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Gym had lots of equipment and also was clean. Location of hotel was perfect for our needs. Construction out in the front of the hotel which probably contributed to the "much-needed repairing" pothole in the front drive entrance."

"There was only one worker for the front desk and breakfast upkeep, so was a little backed up for check in/check out but otherwise was a good stay. good breakfast, clean facilities. bed and pillow were not cushy but that's a complaint I have for all hotels. "

"Very friendly and efficient staff. Cute little bar & outdoor sitting area. Renovations are tasteful. Wish the rooms were better insulated to reduce noise from other guests. Though off the beaten path - easily walkable to historic downtown Raleigh. Coffee was ok. Wish they had some healthier options for breakfast - fruit, yogurt. Though the pastries are divine. Would stay here again. "

"staff was very friendly, Expedia listing parking , but staff said they lost their contract and was trying to update Expedia, lucky the lot across the street had a spot open. Breakfast was good, gym was nice. "

"The hotel was good but one of the reasons I picked this hotel was for the indoor pool and hot tub. The pool was great but the jets for the hot tub were not working the 2 days/nights that I stayed there which was very disappointing. Everything else was fine and the staff was great."
